Ghana striker Asamoah Gyan will miss the final match of the French league season on Saturday, after picking up a thigh injury.
Gyan was taken off at half-time of Rennes' last game against Lorient and is unavailable for the trip to Olympique Marseille.
It also puts into doubt his availability for Ghana in their upcoming World Cup qualifier against Mali in Bamako on June 7.
