The GSE All-share index, the benchmark measure of performance of the Accra bourse, slipped again in trading on Friday closing down by 1.39 points at 8,980.64 points from 8,982.03 points on Thursday.
Change for the year to date now stands at -13.91 per cent.
Shares that changed hands slumped to 4,100 from Thursday’s close of 53,500.
Market capitalisation closed the session down at GH¢17,866.74 million from GH¢17,878.41 million.
On the broader market, there were three price changes – two up and one down.
CAL Bank again lost GH¢0.01 at GH¢0.31 and Ecobank Ghana Limited also lost GH¢0.01 at GH¢2.39. The sole gainer was Ghana Commercial Bank which inched up by GH¢0.01 at GH¢0.55.
