Asante Kotoko might face Techiman Eleven Wonders before the scheduled March 21 date provided by the GFA.
This is due to Eleven Wonder's request to the FA for the game to be played on March 19. Wonders' request is in reaction to a decision by the municipal assembly to start renovation works on the Ohene Ameyaw pitch.
A notice sent to management of Eleven Wonders indicates that work on the pitch is planned to start on March 21 through till March 25. The notice suggests that but for Wonders' league game, renovation will have started at an earlier date.
Wonders have struggle for form this season, winning only five of their 20 games. They are currently in the relegation zone with just 20 points.
