Asante Kotoko new signing, Kwame Opoku, scored again in the Porcupine Warriors 1-1 draw against Medeama.
Kotoko, who were looking to extend their run of four successive wins, took the lead on the stroke of halftime, through forward Kwame Opoku.
The goal was Opoku’s second in as many games since his return to the club.
Medeama started the second half the stronger of the two sides and went close of a couple of occasions.
The Tarkwa based side were finally rewarded in the 68th minute, when Mamudu Kamaradin struck home the equalizer.
The result leaves Asante Kotoko in 5th place, two points behind league leaders, Heart of Lions, while Medeama lie in 7th spot.
