Hearts of Oak mounted an incredible comeback to defeat newcomers Heart of Lions in the Ghana Premier League on Monday evening.
The Phobians extended their unbeaten streak to eight games after coming from behind to win 2-1 at Baba Yara Stadium despite finishing the game with 10 men.
The Lions broke the game's duck in the last minutes of the first half, after marginally dominating the Phobians.
Bashir Hayford's side took the lead thanks to a free kick from youngster Mustapha Yakubu. His attempt from the edge of the box eluded goalkeeper Richard Attah.
Hearts hit back after the break, with midfielder Salim Adams heading home Martin Karikari's free-kick in the 49th minute.
Left-back Dennis Nkrumah Korsah was sent off after receiving a straight red card just minutes later.
The red card did not deter the Phobians, who scored again to complete the comeback after Congolese midfielder Linda Mtange seized on a rebound from Adams' long-range shot in the 64th minute.
Ouattara is still enjoying his great start as Hearts coach, having won three and drawn two of his first five games in charge.
The win lifts Hearts above arch-rivals Asante Kotoko into the seventh position after 22 games played.
