Residents around Kpoglu and Asorgor junction, in Ketu South, in the Volta Region, can now have a bit of relief after some potions of very deplorable roads were reshaped for easy vehicular and human movement by a businessman, Parlous Kwablatsey Quashie.
The CEO of Parlous K Company LTD indicated that he has so much interest in the development of the country hence the need to help as a part of his social responsibility.
In an interview with JoyNews, Mr Quashie noted that he believes the government is trying its possible best to improve the lives of Ghanaians but they cannot do everything.
He stated that as such, there is an urgent need to help the government provide the needed development to the people.
Mr Quashie noted that organisations and individuals, especially those with businesses, can shoulder some of the responsibility by helping their communities.
"It is necessary that businessmen and companies help government provide for the various communities especially in terms of developmental projects because government alone cannot do it," Mr Quashie said.
The businessman believes that the government is not left alone with the burden of providing for everyone, the country and Africa would be a much better place to be.
Mr Quashie urged businessmen and institutions to try considering giving back to their society.
Meanwhile, he hopes to complete the rest of the potions of the roads soon and do other projects for his community.
