Ghana Oil Company Limited GOIL will soon embark on a massive restructuring of the company.
It will be the first overhaul of its kind since the company was established 50 years ago and will involve really significant changes including rebranding and its business objectives.
South African firm, Two Points has already been selected as the main partner.
GOIL’s Managing Director Yaw Agyeman-Duah told Joy Business the exercise has become very necessary because of the growing competition in the sector.
He said the first phase will involve the unveiling of a new phase and the opening of new outlets.
He explained the company ultimately has its eyes set on the upstream business in the emerging oil and gas industry.
