GN Bank has been adjudged the Overall best Sub-Agent for 2016 at the just ended Western Union - Ecobank Subagents Awards Dinner.
The event which took place at the African Regent Hotel in Accra last Saturday hosted 17 other Subagents of Ecobank including the Royal Bank, Beige Capital, Best Point Savings and Loans among others.
This means many Ghanaians and indeed non-Ghanaians now see GN Bank as their number one choice for all their money transfer services.
Aside from being judged the Overall Best Sub Agent for 2016, GN Bank continued to entrench its dominance over all the 17 Subagents of Ecobank, by winning three more awards.
In total, they won four out of the five awards for the night namely:
1. THE SUBAGENT WITH THE HIGHEST No. OF TRANSACTIONS FOR 2016
2. THE SUBAGENT WITH THE HIGHEST TRANSACTION GROWTH FOR 2016
3. THE OVERALL BEST LOCATION FOR 2016
4. THE OVERALL BEST SUBAGENT FOR 2016
There were various cash prices for each category of award as well as a Glass Trophy.
Commenting on the Awards, the General Manager for GN Bank Remittances and Diaspora Services, Hilda Malm, said, “success comes with hard work and it is a great honour for GN Bank to receive these prestigious awards in recognition of our hard work."
