Norwegian First Division side, Sogndal Football, have confirmed the signing of Ghanaian defender Jamal Deen Haruna.
The centre-back signs a three-year deal with the club which will see him be there until June 2027 joining from Raufoss.
Despite the confirmation of the deal, Jamal will spend the rest of the season on loan at Raufoss before joining Sogndal ahead of the 2025 season.
The former Legon Cities and Great Olympics moved to Norway in February 2023 after several years in Ghana and signed for Raufoss.
Speaking after signing for his new club, Jamal said: "Sogndal seems like a good town. It is a club that all good players want to play for, and the facilities are absolutely fantastic."
"I know Isaac Twum from before and we are good friends. It will be nice to play in the same colours as him."
Jamal has so far played 46 games for Raufoss, and is an important piece in the defence at Nammo Stadium. This season, he has featured in 12 games for Raufoss who sit ninth on the First Division table.
