Fifa has already served notice to all national associations to end their various domestic leagues by May 15 2010 to allow teams prepare for the competition which would be first hosted in Africa by South Africa.
With Ghana’s elite league just completed, the Premier League Board have proposed October 4 as the new start date for the 2009/2010 Glo Premier League season.
By the new proposal, player registration is scheduled to begin on September 1 with the verification of all registered players running from September16 to 25.
