The Ghana Real Estate Professionals Association (GREPA) will be hosting its second Real Estate Education Series dubbed GREES II at the Empire State Hotel, East Legon, Accra, beginning September 17 through to the 24.
The five-day training event will host three main courses including Real Estate Staging and Photography, Real Estate Finance & Valuation and Negotiation.
Participants will receive in-depth knowledge of real estate market dynamics and techniques to sustain their businesses.
“Our team of renowned instructors and consultants from the US and Ghana will bring to the classroom their knowledge, expertise and tips to move your business to the next level,” organisers indicated in a release.
“The 2019 training event includes two Real Estate instructors/Consultants (Mr William Endsley and Thomas Cadman) who are long-time contributors and members of FIABCI.
“We have also included a great TV Host and motivational speaker form Ghana who will be taking us to the field of how best to present property through photography and video,” the release added.
GREPA was set up in 2011 to bring Professionals in the Real Estate Industry in Ghana together for purposes of promoting the goals of its members, professional standards and ethics within the industry and provide an opportunity for local and international networking.
The Real Estate Association has aligned itself with international organizations including the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) headquartered in Chicago, The International Real Estate Federation (FIABCI), headquartered in Paris and the International Ethics Standards Coalition (IESC)
In 2015, GREPA signed a Bilateral Cooperation agreement with the of the United States. The signing of the agreement which took place during the 2015 NAR convention in San Diego, California was attended and witnessed by members of the Parliamentary Committees on Works & Housing and Lands & Forestry as well as executives of Ghana Institute of Surveyors. These partnerships have created a wide range of global opportunities and resources for GREPA members and Ghana.
