Ghana qualified to the final of the Cup of African Nations for Amputee Football on Friday with a 2-0 win over Angola in the semi-final.
The Black Challenge went ahead in the first half with a controversial penalty and sealed victory with a late beautiful goal.
Ghana will now play Liberia, who defeated favourites Sierra Leone 3-2 on penalties, at the Accra Sports Stadium on Saturday for the trophy.
Sierra Leone and Angola will battle for third place.
