The highly anticipated Ghana Property & Lifestyle Expo (GPLE) is back for its 2024 global series, starting in Washington DC at The Royal Sonesta Hotel.
The series will continue in London at the Pestana Hotel, Chelsea Bridge, and wrap up in Accra at the Alisa Hotel, North Ridge.
This international event will highlight the booming sectors of Ghana’s real estate, tourism, and lifestyle industries.
Spotlight on Ghana’s Thriving Real Estate Market
The Expo provides attendees with a unique opportunity to connect with real estate experts, explore profitable investment opportunities, and learn about the rapid growth of Ghana’s property market.
With an increasing demand for luxury homes, particularly in sought-after neighbourhoods like Cantonments, Accra—ranked among the top 40 globally by Time Out magazine—the Ghanaian property market is attracting attention from the diaspora and beyond.
Event Theme: Building Wealth Through Ghana Real Estate
Under the theme, “Diligently Building Wealth Through Ghana Real Estate: The Future of Property Investment,” this year’s Expo offers a comprehensive overview of investment opportunities across real estate, tourism, and lifestyle.
Attendees can participate in panel discussions, interactive sessions, and workshops led by government agencies, guest speakers, and industry professionals.
A Platform for Buyers and Investors
Co-organized by Anna and Victoria Agyekum, founders of On Point Property Management Ltd, the Expo will feature top developers, property agencies, financial institutions, architects, and lifestyle brands.
Visitors will have access to a range of property options, from residential and commercial developments to beachfront villas and investment properties.
The Expo will also offer practical advice on legal, financial, and estate planning to help buyers make informed decisions.
“We are thrilled to expand GPLE across three continents,” said Anna Agyekum. “The Expo has become a trusted platform for buyers seeking secure real estate investments in Ghana.”
Victoria Agyekum added, “Since our first Expo in 2017, which addressed challenges faced by the diaspora in purchasing property safely, demand has grown significantly. We’re excited to host this year’s series in Washington DC, London, and Accra.”
Partnerships and Cultural Celebrations
The Washington DC leg of the Expo is part of Ghana in DC Week, organized in collaboration with the Ghana Embassy in Washington DC, Beyond the Return, and the Ghana Tourism Authority.
This week-long celebration will showcase Ghana’s culture, businesses, and investment potential, strengthening connections between Ghana and the U.S.
The Expo will not only promote property investment but also celebrate Ghana’s cultural heritage, featuring exhibitors who will showcase local products, services, and tourism offerings.
This year’s Expo is proudly partnered with Access Bank (Ghana) Plc, with Goldkey Properties as the lead sponsor.
The Ghana Property & Lifestyle Expo continues to be a vital platform for fostering partnerships and promoting Ghanaian businesses to a global audience while expanding investment in the country’s flourishing real estate sector.
