It's advantage Ghana in the qualifying for the FIFA Women's U-17 World Cup after the Black Maidens beat Cameroon 1-0 on Saturday.
Jane Ayieyam scored the match winner after 12 minutes at the Ahmadou Ahidjo Stadium in Yaounde to hand the Black Maidens a first leg victory.
The return clash will come off in a fortnights time in Accra.
Ghana are pushing for one the three slots available to the continent for the World Cup in Azerbaijan later in September 2012.
Qualification to the World Cup would make it a third successive appearance for Ghana on the world stage.
