GH Online French Lessons for Kids, a platform that seeks to make speaking and writing the French language very easy for kids in Ghana and beyond through virtual learning, has held its 2023 Wonderland French Fun Fair bringing great joy to learners who are excited about French.
The funfair held at the Marina Park at Lakeside Estate in Accra witnessed a display of various talent shows. It was aimed at ensuring that children have quality leisure time necessary for effective French education.
It enabled learners passionate about speaking French to be mentored while having fun.
Under the theme, "An added language is an added value," this Wonderland French funfair hosted several young French learners who got the opportunity to socialize with native French speakers.
For nine hours, children from pre-school to Junior High School (JHS) were engaged in various performances, fun games, singing, dancing, rapping, swimming, bouncing castle, face painting as well as sporting activities.
The Chief Executive Officer of GH Online French Lessons for Kids, Mildred Frimpong, said the day was purposely designed for learning and fun activities, while there was also the need to discover talent with the introduction of the talent shows.
She said the funfair offered a lot of support to learners in organising their portfolio to excel especially in oral French.
According to her, the importance of learning French is to break barriers, and the potential she has seen needs to be unearthed and polished for a brighter future.
"It is only when you organise programmes like this, that you can see the best in our kids," she noted.
Ms. Mildred Frimpong recounted how amazed she was watching some fantastic moves displayed by the "talented children," especially those at the primary level, who engaged in rapping, singing, and dancing to French songs.
She urged parents to sign up for their wards to join her online French lessons for kids to enable them to learn and grow well in the French language.
The 3rd edition of the Wonderland French Fun Fair was attended by parents, media personalities, and several other important personalities who supported making it successful.
The CEO encouraged interested parents to secure spaces for their children by reaching out via +233 24 143 0120 and emailing ghfrenchlessons@gmail.com.
