GH¢2m medical supplies donated to Keta Municipal Hospital

The Keta Municipal Hospital in the Volta Region has received medical supplies and equipment worth more than GH¢2 million to support healthcare delivery in the municipality.

The donation, made by philanthropist Lom Nuku Ahlijah in collaboration with the Living Presence Evangelistic Network, includes a range of essential medical equipment and consumables intended to improve patient care and strengthen the hospital’s capacity to respond to emergencies.

Speaking at the presentation, Mr Ahlijah said access to quality healthcare was essential to the development of communities and pledged to continue supporting institutions working to improve the wellbeing of residents in Keta and surrounding areas.

Hospital officials expressed appreciation for the donation, describing it as one of the most significant private contributions received by the facility in recent years.

They said the supplies would help enhance service delivery and benefit thousands of patients who rely on the hospital for healthcare.
