GCB Bank Limited has relocated the Madina branch to a new location adjacent to the Madina Divisional Police Headquarters within the La Nkwantanang Municipal Area.
The new premises has been designed to provide comfort and convenience to GCB customers and offers all the GCB products and services including G-Money.
During the early hours of the morning, expectant customers, traders and passerby were intrigued about the fresh, exciting and welcoming faces of branch staff waiting to offer banking products and services including G-Money mobile wallet services to their clients.
The Tema Regional/Zonal Manager of GCB, Albert Twum, entreated staff of the branch to make it a priority to meet the ever-changing needs of the clients who require diverse solutions to facilitating their financial transactions.
"As a brand, the new location of this branch provides us with a permanent advantage to us; which is first, to move our cherished clients onto the Bank's secure and robust digital channels of making transactions easier and faster, and also to provide comfort and convenience to GCB customers.”
Branch Manageress, Henrietta Provencal expressed her gratitude to her branch staff for all the work they put in to bring the branch to speed during the process of relocation.
She added, however, that a lot of responsibility behoves on the branch to provide excellent customer service and solutions.
