The Black Stars trained at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium on Tuesday evening as they step up preparations for their final 2023 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) qualifier.
It is their second training session since converging on Monday for the all important game against the Central African Republic.
24 players took part in the session, with only Joseph Paintsil the absentee of the 25 invited players after reporting to camp with an injury.
The team held their first training session at the Accra Sports Stadium on Monday evening with 12 players before departing for Kumasi on Tuesday afternoon.
Ghana will host the Central Africa Republic in their final Group E game at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium on Thursday, September 7, 2023.
Chris Hughton’s team leads Group E with nine points, a point ahead of Angola and two above the Central Africa Republic. Madagascar is bottom of the group with two points.
The Black Stars need a point from the game to book qualification for the tournament to be held in Ivory Coast next January.
