With ladies shoes following the balls high above the goal posts in a ridiculous penalty shootout of a tournament, there is enough to crack one’s ribs as intense competition on the men’s front pans out at the 2nd Joy FM Invitational Tournament.
The El Wak sports stadium in Accra is the venue and of the 16 participating male teams from industry and services, eight are still in the reckoning for honours.
The results for the first round of matches after 14 minutes of regulation time (seven minutes each half) are as follows ;
