‘Provide rubbish bins and discipline those who don’t comply’ – that is the resounding tone of residents, traders and passersby at the heart of the Kwame Nkrumah Circle where filth is not a strange element.
They tell Joy News, that they do their best to sweep and clear gutters but the lack of bins rubbish bins renders their work useless as the garbage collected and gathered ends up on the streets and gutters.
