A Junior Agogo equaliser on Wednesday saved the blushes of the Senior National team the Black Stars in a 1-1 drawn game against Fete Feyenoord, a division one side.
Feyernoord had their noses in front in the first twenty minutes of the game.
The match played at the El–wak sports stadium, is one of two friendly matches by the black stars in preparations towards the crucial nations and world cup qualifier against Lesotho on Saturday, a match the stars must win at all cost.
Coach Milovan Rajevan with the exception of France based, Moussa Narry, has the full complements of his team ahead of the match.
Moussa Narry claims his delay has been due to the refusal by the protocol officer of the F.A. to refund his air fare once he reports to camp.
But the FA Boss, Kwasi Nyantakyi said that is unheard of.
It is the duty of the FA to pay for all travel expenses incurred by players once invited for a national duty, he told Joy News.
He however gave the assurance the anomaly would be addressed immediately.
Meanwhile, team Lesotho is expected in the country today and would conduct their first and last training session at the Baba Yara Stadium on Friday before the clash on Saturday.
In a related development, the stars have dropped five places from the latest FIFA ranking, following their defeat to Libya last month.
The stars tumbled from the 20th position to the 25th.
They have also lost their first position on the African continent to Cameroon, and now occupies the 3rd position, behind the pharaohs of Egypt.
