The sub-committtee of the Transitional team on social sector has recommended that the extension of the tenure of the Ghana Football Association should be reviewed or halted.
It will be recalled that the Kwesi Nyantakyi-led administration had their mandate extended by twelve more months in May last year.
The Executive Committee's mandate was extended from 2010 to July 2011citing the amount of work required in organising the joint 2010 Nations Cup/World Cup qualifiers.
A forensic audit is to take into account, the per diem and bonus allowances paid to the players at the 2006 World Cup, duly signed.
Duly signed sheets for the listed technical team, placing everybody's official role, per diem and allowances paid.
Detailed reports on extra officials (if any) who accompanied the team, other individuals roles and amount spent on each of them should be provided.
The draft report warned that:"Apart from the players and registered members of the Technical Team, no official is entitled to bonuses."
The forensic audit is also to scrutinse the appearance fees so far collected for friendly matches by the national football teams.
It will ascertain how much was paid to the agent who brokered the deal(if any) and the players and officials who made up the team and the amount of money paid to each of them as per diem, bonuses and any other payments must be recommended.
