Events entrepreneur and President of the Event Vendors Association of Ghana (EVAG), Kate Hassan, has been honoured for her outstanding leadership in service to the events industry and women empowerment at the 1st Industry Customer Service Excellence Awards (I.C.E) and Gala Night 2023 at the Labadi Beach Hotel in Accra.
The award is in recognition of her leadership qualities in the event industry as well as being a highly respected personality advocating for best business practices in the sector.

The 1st Industry Customer Service Excellence Awards, organized by Service Excellence Foundation, seeks to identify and celebrate highly successful individuals and companies who are committed to promoting customer service excellence in the country.
