The New Patriotic Party (NPP) National Youth Wing, in partnership with the International Youth Democrat Union (IYDU), hosted a conference that galvanized the party’s youth members and set the stage for a resounding victory in the 2024 elections.
The conference, held in Accra, brought together hundreds of young people from across the country to discuss pressing global issues, explore sustainable solutions, and build a brighter future for themselves and the nation.
IYDU Chairman Michael Dust pledged unwavering support for the NPP, citing the party's impressive development achievements and Ghana's economic resilience in the face of global challenges.
He urged the youth to unite behind the party and its vision for a prosperous Ghana.
NPP National Youth Organiser, Salam Mustapha emphasised the party's superior ideology and economic successes, vowing to work tirelessly with the youth to secure victory in the 2024 elections.
Sammy Awuku, CEO of the National Lottery Authority, framed the 2024 election as a choice between hope and hopelessness, urging the youth to choose the NPP's vision for a brighter future.
On her part, Minister for Communications and Digitalisation, Ursula Owusu-Ekuful encouraged young women to seize opportunities and reach their full potential, emphasising the NPP's commitment to gender empowerment.
The conference marked a significant moment in the NPP's efforts to engage and empower young people, aligning with IYDU's goals of promoting youth participation in democratic processes worldwide.
With the 2024 elections fast approaching, the NPP and IYDU are poised to mobilise the youth vote and secure a resounding victory for the party.
