Legal practitioner Egbert Faibille has adviced Hearts of Oak to treat the current situation between themselves and Kenichi Yatsuhashi with care mainly because of the rapport the coach has with fans of the club.
According to Faibille, any wrong move by the management of the club such as a dismissal of the Japanese American could lead to a revolution by the fans.
“If you look at Kenichi carefully, much as he works with the management, he is very much in touch with the rank and file of the club such that even in the facebook post, you could see he was standing up for subordinates rather than himself,” he told Joy Sports.
“You need to be careful with such a person because it can lead to an implosion.”
“If they fire him, I can imagine a section of the supporters going on a revolution all together.”
The lawyer proposed an amendment to Kenichi’s contract in a bid to curb such conducts from ever happening.
“He can be reprimanded and then rules put in his contract as an amendment to restrain him from such conducts in the future.”
