The second edition of Ghana’s International Education Exhibition and Idea Factory, educataGhana 2020, takes off from October 2020 19-20 at the Movenpick Ambassador Hotel, Accra, and virtually.
educataGhana 2020 is organised by the Delegation of German Industry and Commerce in Ghana (AHK Ghana), the Konrad Adenauer Stiftung (KAS), the Sparkassenstiftung für Internationale Kooperation, and the Siemens Stiftung with the support of GIZ the German International Cooperation.
This year's educataGhana 2020 is a sequel to the previous edition, educataGhana 2018 which brought together over 1900 participants, 30 exhibitors, as well as 15 sponsors and Institutional partners.
educataGhana 2020, under the theme “Develop and Jobs4ghana”, will incorporate a virtual component through an online platform supported by GIZ to promote virtual participation and interaction with exhibitors and on-going discussions.
The event will cover major education areas such as Basic and Higher Education, Technical Vocational Education and Training (TVET), and Entrepreneurship.
Participants, both physical and virtual will have the opportunity to take part in the discussion of relevant topics that focus on the education and business sectors of Ghana.
Aside from discussions, there will be an exhibition as well as the Ghana Job Fair virtually, which is powered by the Ghanaian German Centre for Jobs, Migration, and Reintegration to match employers with job seekers.
educataGhana 2020 will also host an Innovation Challenge in search of ground-breaking ideas that contribute to a smarter business environment in Ghana.
