Day two of the 2023 edition of the Ecobank-JoyNews Habitat Fair witnessed a significant increase in patronage.
This was largely attributed to the discount prices exhibitors are offering.
The 4-day event, which seeks to create a unique platform for both prospective house owners and real estate companies across the sub-region was under the theme; "Affordability, Comfort and Luxury", is expected to attract a horde of patrons.
As part of Saturday’s activities, a seminar on land acquisition was held to educate the public on the right ways to acquire litigation free land and rent laws in Ghana.
The resource person was Kwame Gyan, a lawyer and an expert in land administration.
