Six members of the Fountain Gate Chapel have been reported dead in a road accident at Nasia near Tamale.
Two of the deceased are said to be the children of the head pastor of the church, Rev. Eastwood Anaba, while a third is also a pastor of a branch of the church in the Brong Ahafo Region.
The deceased were picked from the Tamale Airport en-route to Bolgatanga for an Easter convention, when the Toyota 4 Runner vehicle in which they were traveling in got involved in the accident.
The vehicle was said to have somersaulted after one of its rear tyres got burst.
Seven people were believed to be in the vehicle. The driver, the only survivor, is said to be in a critical condition and has been rushed to the Tamale Teaching Hospital.
The bodies of the deceased have also been deposited at the Tamale Hospital.
