Deon & Noed International (DNI) an integrated Advisory, Tax and Audit firm, has officially launched its operations at Ho in the Volta Region.
This is to help provide clients with tailored solutions based on industry’s leading practice.
The Volta Region Office would primarily service existing and prospective clients within and outside the region in the areas of Audit and Assurance, Tax, and Advisory engagements.
Speaking at the event, Dr Archibald Yao Letsa, Volta Regional Minister said, "by launching its office in the Region, DNI has joined a group of firms who are committed to providing jobs and development to the people of this Region”.
Dr Letsa said the Regional Coordinating Council would collaborate with the firm to ensure that the Region had its fair share of businesses cited in the big cities of the country.
He stressed "by bringing your offices to this Region, DNI has become an example worthy of emulation by others. I, therefore, encourage other businesses and firms to consider bringing their services and products to the Region".
The minister also entreated citizens from the Volta Region who have established businesses and firms elsewhere in the country, to consider establishing offices and branches in the Region.
In a solidarity message, Kenneth K. Deh, Chairman of the Ho District Society of the Institute of Chartered Accountant, Ghana (ICAG), expressed his excitement at the launch of DNI’s operations in the Region.
He appealed to DNI to explore the possibility of employing young qualified Chartered Accountants in the Region to help equip them with the much-needed practical experience.
He called on businesses to engage professional services of the firm to help them expand their operations.
Dr Christopher Kwame Sokpor, Country Senior Partner of DNI, said the launch of the Ho office underscored the firm’s commitment to providing the best services to their clients in a convenient, reliable and timely manner.
Dr Sokpor said he believes "the Volta Region needs Auditors, Financial experts, Consultants and Advisors to help revamp business activities in the Region,” and expressed his appreciation to the people of the Region for welcoming the firm.
He said, "DNI started operating in the Region in August 2014. The Volta Region is dear to our hearts as professionals and this is what precipitated the move to set up a branch of DNI in the Region".
Mr Raphael Kwame Darku, Assistant Auditor-General for the Volta Region stated that there would be a lot of consultations between DNI and the Audit Service of the Volta Region and encouraged DNI to join them to help build the capacities of Auditors in the Region.
