Ghana international Andre Ayew returned to scoring ways for his English Premier League club in the game against Tottenham Hotspur on Sunday.
The former Olympique Marseille started the campaign with the Wales club on a a high goal scoring form but played the last three games for Swansea without finding the back of the net making an unusual circumstance judging by his own standards set in English top flight.
Ayew however scored the opener in the game against Tottenham Hotspur to put his home side 1-0 up in the game.
Christian Eriksen equalized Andre Ayew’s goal for Tottenham Hotspur but Harry Kane put the ball into his own net to restore Swansea’s lead as Gary Monk’s side went into the break leading 2-1.
Christian Eriksen was the hero for Tottenham Hotspur in the second half as he completed a brace to draw level at 2-2 for the away team.
The Black Stars vice-captain started and played in the full duration of the game for his Swansea City side.
