A Kumasi High Court presided over by Mr Justice K. Adu Ampomah on Wednesday adjourned a case in which two supporters of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) are seeking an interim injunction to restrain Mr Justice Asafo-Adjaye from contesting in the NPP Parliamentary primaries for New Edubiase Constituency in the Adansi South District of Ashanti to Tuesday, September 4.
The court adjourned the case when the plaintiffs, Mr Kofi Dankwa and Adansi Gyimah, were absent when it was called.
However, counsels for plaintiffs and defendant were present.
The primaries scheduled for tomorrow, Thursday, August 23, has been postponed indefinitely.
