On August 1, your favourite brunch show on Joy FM, Cosmopolitan Mix, will embark on its weight loss challenge.
The 30 days campaign aims to aid and guide listeners on how to go about losing weight within 30 days, in a healthy manner.
After nearly two weeks of coaching on diets, exercises, the dos and don’ts of healthy weight loss and its benefits, the Cosmopolitan Mix team is organising its first workout session for participants.
The event is scheduled to take place at the Labadi Beach Hotel on Saturday, August 17 at 6:00 am.
The Workout Session is not only aimed at exercising but also giving participants a one on one opportunity with the coaches - Clinical Biochemist, Ada Enwere and Certified Wellness Consultant, Clifford Ladzekpo.
Joining in the experience is actress Ama K. Abebrese, TV and Radio Personality Naa Ashorkor, Joy FM’s Drive Time host Lexis Bill, Cosmopolitan Mix host Mamavi Aboagye and many more.
For people who are interested in the weight loss challenge, can use the link below to join the WhatsApp group where the coaches share training videos, diets for the day and answer questions on weight loss raised by members.
The Members also share useful recipes of smoothies, exercise tips and many others which can aid other team members in their weight loss journey.
