Real estate developer, Comet Properties says it has mobilized about $60 million from some investors from the US to fund its expansion drive.
The company had early on hinted it was re-organizing to take another shot at listing on the stock market this year after it failed in its attempt last year.
Executive Chairman, Nana Odeneho Kyeremanteng however tells Joy Business they still do not rule out coming back on the market.
The company was last year looking to raise about GHS62 million through a public offering.
Comet Properties would have been the first real estate firm to list on the Stock Market if its public offering was successful last year.
