Ten children playing by the roadside at Obooho near Begoro escaped death when a parked taxi moved towards them and nearly run into them.
The assemblyman for Obooho, Francis Zogli said that people were amazed when they saw the taxi that was packed by the roadside reversing towards the area the toddlers were playing.
He said people shouted and drew the children’s attention to the looming danger and they escaped. Others whisked some of the children away.
