The Chief Executive Officer of Heart of Lions Desmond Frimpong Manso popularly known as “Cockroach” has denied his withdrawal from the Ghana Football Association Executive Committee race.
It was reported on Monday that, the Chief Executive Officer of Wa All Stars, Samuel Oduro Nyarko and Desmond Frimpong Manso of Heart of Lions have withdrawn from the Ghana Football Association Executive Committee Elections based on personal reasons.
Mr. Frimpong Manso told Asempa Sports that, he is still in the race of becoming a member of the Football Association’s executive committee.
According to him, as far as he is concerned any news about his withdrawal from the race should not be given any prominence.
Mr. Desmond Frimpong Manso is among the likes of Kofi Manu, Emmanuel Asamoah Owusu-Ansah, Jones Alhassan-Abu, Moses Armah, Emmanuel Kyeremeh, Kudjoe Fianoo, Felix Amoah Ansong, Fred Crentsil, Randy Abbey and John Frederick Mensah who have filed their nominations to take slots of the premier league of the GFA's Executive Committee.
