As Muslims around the world commemorate Eid-ul-Fitr, NDC flagbearer aspirant, Dr Kwabena Duffuor has urged Ghanaian youth to observe it responsibly and in moderation.
In his goodwill message addressed to Muslims, the flagbearer hopeful congratulated them for successfully bringing the Ramadan rites to an end.
He expressed his wish that Allah answers all their prayers and reminded the celebrants, especially the youth to observe the day peacefully.
“As we celebrate, deservedly so, I ask our youth to do so in moderation and with circumspection because we need them fit and strong as the future leaders of our beloved Ghana,” the message stated.
Dr Duffuor further wished them well, saying, “May the season fill our hearts and homes with, joy, peace, righteousness, blessings, abundant health and wealth.”
