Medeama have been drawn with South African side Mamelodi Sundowns in the CAF Confederation Cup play-off stage.
The Tarkwa side qualified for the play-off round after seeing off Sudanese side Al-Ahly Shendi in the second knock out round.
Their opponents Sundowns were ousted by AS Vita Club of the Democratic Republic of Congo in the Champions League on the away goals rule after a 2-1 win in Pretoria on Wednesday.
The first leg will be played in South Africa with the decisive second leg in Takoradi.
Medeama will be hoping to go one better after falling at this same hurdle two years ago.
