Ghana Premier League champions Medeama Sporting Club have left Accra ahead of the commencement of their CAF Champions League journey.
The Tarkwa-based side will take on Al Ahly in their opening game of this season's competition on Saturday, November 25.
Medeama left Ghana in the early hours of Wednesday ahead of the weekend's fixture.
