The 2007 All Africa Games (AAG) silver medallist, Bastir Samir has thrown a challenge to sensational Braimah “Bukom Banku” Kamoko.
Samir, who returned from the United States of America (USA) recently after sparring with Floyd Mayweather, said he was looking forward to taking on Bukom Banku to make a statement.
According to Samir, Bukom Banku has been bragging for too long and it’s time to silence him, hence his decision to throw him the challenge.
Samir, said he had since return from the USA placed a call to Bukom Banku, but there was no response but added he will be ever ready to fight the World Professional Boxing Federation Light heavyweight and World Boxing Organisation (WBO) Africa Light Heavyweight champion.
The 2008 Olympian, said, Bukom Banku will experience his first defeat in his career if he dares take up the challenged.
“I have trained adequately and focused on my target. That is to be the first boxer to defeat Bukom Banku”. He stated.
