Ghana's senior National team, the Black Stars have received a boost ahead of the commencement of the 26th MTN African Cup of Nations tournament.
The team’s headline sponsor, Goldfields Ghana Limited has announced an extension of its sponsorship package to the team. The package was due to expire in February 2009.
Goldfields Ghana announced a 24% increment on the existing three-year sponsorship deal at a press conference at the team’s hotel in Accra Thursday afternoon.
