Ghana Premier League high flyers Berekum Chelsea have landed a bumper apparel deal with Singaporean outfit Kubba.
The agreement is part of an effort by management of the club to make it the most professional in the country.
The Ghana league leaders clinched the US$ 350,000 deal as a result of their excellent performance so far this season.
The agreement between the two outfits will last for three years.
As part of the deal Berekum Chelsea will hold a pre-season tour of Singapore at the start of every season.
“We have reached an agreement for Kubba to provide us with apparel for the next three years,” Obed Nana Kwame Nketiah, Berekum Chelsea CEO told www.berekumchelsea.com
“We are keen on putting our club on the same pedestal as some of the best clubs in the world and this deal falls in that direction.
“We will be travelling to Singapore at the start of every season for our pre-season preparations also as part of the deal.
“Kubba is impressed with the way we have run our club so far this season and this is only the start of many things we will unveil.”
Berekum Chelsea owner Emmanuel Kyeremeh has also hailed the deal insisting it falls in line with the plans of modernising the club.
Kubba will also supply the club with apparel including jerseys, boots, footballs, hoses, shin guards and training kits.
