The Vice President, Dr Mahamudu Bawumia and his wife, Samira have in the video below sent special wishes to the Muslims across the country as they mark Eid al-Fitr celebrations.
This year’s festivities have been disrupted by the coronavirus as the traditional communal gatherings in local mosques to pray have been called off.
Dr Bawumia urged Muslims to stay home and observe the period with family and loved ones.
