The Ashanti Regional Health Directorate has targeted to vaccinate 500,000 persons in the region, by the end of December, 2021.
Regional Director, Dr. Emmanuel Tinkorang has indicated vaccine hesitancy is still on the rise in the region, attributing it to conspiracies surrounding vaccine in-take.
He revealed the directorate plans adopting a house-to-house visit to achieve its target.
