Kwadwo Asamoah will be out of action for two weeks after playing through a knee injury, Juventus has confirmed.
The Ghana international sustained a knee injury against Empoli at the weekend, but played in last night’s Champions League 3-2 victory over Olympiacos.
The club released a statement Wednesday evening confirming the knee injury has worsened and the midfielder will be required to spend 15 days on the sidelines.
It means Asamoah will not play until after the break for international duty, and is likely to miss Sunday’s Serie A game against Parma.
