The Supreme Court today heard the new applications brought before it by the 2020 NDC Presidential Candidate, John Dramani Mahama.
The two motions follow the dismissal of a leave seeking to reopen his case so he can subpoena the Chairperson of the EC, Jean Mensa to testify in the ongoing election petition.
According to lead counsel for the petitioner, Tsatsu Tsikata, they are now requesting for a review of the ruling by the court on February 11, that the EC Chair cannot be compelled to mount the witness box and a stay of proceedings pending the hearing of the review application.
