The Supreme Court resumed sitting with the cross-examination of the third witness for John Mahama, the petitioner in the 2020 election petition.
Although the witness, Rojo Mettle-Nunoo was expected to be cross-examined on Friday, various objections to some portions of his witness statement caused the court to adjourn the cross-examination.
The apex court however took out 5 portions of the statement, leaving some 27 paragraphs out of the total 32 submitted by the witness.
