Prosecution in the ongoing ambulance procurement trial concluded its cross-examination of Richard Jakpa, the 3rd accused person today, Tuesday, July 2.
The cross examination of the witness was the fourth time he has answered questions from the Prosecution.
Mr Jakpa has been crossed-examined by three different State Attorneys who have inquired from him his personal involvement, and the role of his business, Jakpa@business Ltd., in processes leading up to a transaction prosecutors say, has cost the state to lose €2.37 million.
