Two mobile money vendors have been robbed by five suspected armed robbers at Hamile, in the Upper West Region on Saturday.
The incident happened around 10:30 pm.
The suspected armed robbers made away with GH¢90,000 and GH¢60, 000 and a number of scratch cards.
When police arrived at the scene of the attack, they retrieved five spent shells fired from an AK 47 rifle.
The incident also led to the injury of two eyewitnesses who got shot in the back and leg respectively.
They were subsequently rushed to the Nandom Hospital for medical attention.
Meanwhile, the police has began a manhunt for the suspects.
