Black Stars midfielder Anthony Annan has set his sights on winning titles with his new club Vitesse Arnhem in the Dutch topflight.
Annan is still awaiting his work permit to make his debut for Vitesse after joining the Eredivisie side on loan last week from Schalke 04.
Speaking to the club’s television station, Annan said, “For me, I am here to exhibit my talent and it’s not going to be only me. I have my colleagues here so we’ll work things out together and we’ll do our best.”
The 24-year-old sat out during Vitesse’s 2-1 win over FC Utrecht in a league match last weekend.
The ex-Sekondi Hasaacas and Hearts of Oak player put up a good showing during his first day of training with the club last Tuesday and looks set to be featured by Coach John van den Brom once he receives his work permit.
