Ghana midfielder Anthony Annan made his long awaited debut for Finish side Helsinki after a long injury lay off which saw him out of action for five months.

The former Hearts of Oak midfielder came off the bench to play his first game of the season for HJK Helsinki.

Annan, who signed in February 2016, was ruled out of the team’s matches this season as results of an injury he had been battling since joining the club.

The 29-year old replaced Sierra-Leonean midfielder Mohammed Kamara in the latter part of the game to help his team snatch a draw away from home in the first leg game of an Europa League Qualifier. .

Former Ebusua Dwarfs striker Richard Gadze was also on the bench for the Finnish side. The 21-year old joined the club on loan from Delhi Dynamos FC.
